I requested a twin room and it was modern, spacious, and had a jacuzzi, as well as a private safe, sofa bed.

The room was new-fashioned and neat with jacuzzi as described. A shower, a hair dryer, and a spa bathtub were very handy. It was based in really comfortable building in a comfortable and peaceful location, also in a quiet area.

Nice experience there. Big bed, clean bathroom and a refrigerator, air conditioner, and an individual safe in the room. Fantastic customer care, parking on site. By the way, parking fee - £ 13 per day...

The jacuzzi room was mind-blowing, with plenty of space and modern decor. The breakfast spread was fantastic and fresh, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were super attentive, even leaving a birthday card and chocolates for my partner. The receptionist always had a smile and the room was always well-maintained. The location was great, with a short walk to the city center. The area felt safe and peaceful. a jaw-dropping experience with kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a prime location close to popular attractions and restaurants. the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. the rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, modern, and clean. the hot tub and open shelving are unique features that enhance the stay. the service is excellent with a friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is diverse and tasty that includes a variety of choices. There is free on-site parking available.
One aspect that needs improvement is the noise in the hallways, which can be bothersome to some guests.

I always stay at this place in Split. I have no regrets. The staff helped with wake-up call and it suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, airport shuttle, and flat-screen TV. Coming back for Xmas.

We were pleasantly surprised by the new and stylish rooms at Seven Seas Residence. The bathroom was beautiful and well-equipped. We also enjoyed having a balcony with mosquito nets to relax on. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options that never ran out. The staff were extremely polite and made us feel secure and taken care of throughout our vacation. Additionally, the reserved free parking and the short 10-minute walk to the city centre were convenient features.
Although it was worth mentioning that the price didn't meet our expectations, the free parking provided by the hotel helped offset that. Additionally, it took some effort to find the hotel as it is located on a narrow street, but the staff went out of their way to meet us and guide us to the hotel when we got lost.

During my Easter break, I stayed in a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel at home. The breakfast is something worth talking about: not only it was fresh, but it had a wide range of options to choose from which were delicious. the room provided a spacious bathroom with an excellent wet room shower. The hotel is situated in an area that is convenient for exploring the local area, with the main road leading to the motorway and the Diocletian palace only a 10-15 minute walk away.
Getting to the hotel was somewhat of a struggle as it's located on a narrow street making it a bit difficult to find the entrance. The hotel offered free off-road parking on site, and it was quiet which was good, but it was not close to many restaurants, so you'd have to go further out to grab something to eat.

The breakfast provided was really delicious and the staff were super friendly. They even accommodated my dietary needs, which was awesome. the location was great, it was really easy to get around to all the main areas of the city. the room was really comfortable and clean, and I loved having a balcony to sit out on.
The walls were incredibly thin, which made it quite noisy at times. it was disappointing that the rooms were not cleaned every day unless you specifically requested for it to be done.
